The project for consolidating the roof of the Ford Craiova general assembly production hall.

The project involved the consolidation of steel roof beams, with a total of 406,000 kg of steel added to columns and beams at height. The project commenced in March 2021 and was completed in February 2023, with over 100,000 work hours and zero LTCR (Lost Time Cases/Reports). The maximum number of workers on the construction site daily was 50-60, with work carried out on weekends and in production areas, including the relocation of existing services and the commencement of production.
