Objectives 2024 - 2026
We aim to become one of the leading suppliers of metal structures in Romania by doubling our production capacity and modernizing our facilities to meet the growing market demand. This means not only quantitative growth but also qualitative improvement of our processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality metal structures in an efficient and sustainable manner.
In the next three years, TeamMontage aims to become the largest metal structure manufacturer in Romania, establishing solid partnerships with construction companies and becoming their first choice for quality-price ratio. We aim to be present on all major construction sites in the country, providing and installing top metal structures and equipment.
To achieve these goals, we will streamline production costs by acquiring new equipment and implementing a factory modernization plan with an investment of over 10 million euros. We are committed to maintaining high safety standards and achieving the goal of zero incidents in health and safety at work (HSE), thus consolidating our position as an industry leader and ensuring the long-term success of TeamMontage.
