The company has consistently expanded and updated its fleet of machinery and vehicles, as well as the number of employees. However, what has remained unchanged is our constant concern for safety and security at the workplace.
TEAM MONTAGE currently has over 250 employees, and as we have grown and evolved together, we have realized how important it is to invest in their safety. This has led to the establishment of an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) department. These are our colleagues who ensure that all team members are continuously trained in safety and emergency situations.

We aim to promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, and for this purpose, we ensure the highest level of health and safety for our employees.
MISSION
We want to support and promote a culture of safety, environmental protection, and compliance, providing leadership in identifying and managing health, safety, and environmental risks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities of the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Department:
The health and safety at work of all company employees, including risk assessment, safety instructions, and visual safety management.
Safety training, occupational medicine, personal protective equipment (PPE).
Prevention and firefighting and civil protection.
Environmental protection, waste management, and pollution prevention in the activities carried out.
Equipment under ISCIR (Regulatory Authority for Boilers, Pressure Vessels, and Hoisting Equipment) jurisdiction and personnel authorized for operation.
Implemented and maintained management systems: Environmental Management (ISO 14001:2015) and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001:2018).
Competent and authorized internal and external personnel for various activities: crane operators (60 employees), forklift operators (40 employees), aerial work platform operators (160 employees).
Our Objectives
- Ensuring that all policies, procedures, and training materials for applicable regulatory standards are established, updated, and explained to employees.
- Creating an updated database to improve access to health and safety policies, procedures, technical guidance documents, and compliance information.
- Improving communication with employees and raising awareness of the importance of adhering to health and safety standards.
- Promoting the role of the OHS Department as a resource for health and environmental safety information, ready to meet the needs of employees.
